I am a PharmD-PhD candidate and bioinformatician at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg. My research focuses on neuro-oncology and the tumor microenvironment of brain tumors, with an emphasis on computational biology and bioinformatic analysis of high-dimensional omics data.

I work primarily with single-cell and spatial transcriptomic datasets to investigate tumor-host interactions and cellular heterogeneity within brain tumors. My previous and current work spans diverse data modalities, including chemical data analysis and biological network modeling, with a consistent focus on computational approaches in biomedical research.
